a few weeks ago I bought this e-book, easy to read and extremely inspiring. It teaches you in a few pages to organize your time to achieve your goal. One of the rules is to create a new good habit at a time and keep it for a month so that it can be "digested".

The first habit I decided to have it "writes everything down." All that comes to mind - to make, buy, ideas ... - annotate.
So there is always with me now:
- a notebook (when I'm using a notebook purchased in camping in Numana)
- a pencil

the evening, then, carryover or interesting things in my moleskine / diary or in my moleskine / sketches and ideas.

For the moment it seems to me that the method works and do not forget almost nothing. It 's easy then, so, to arrange things to do week to week.
